EMS Bureau - Discontinued
In 1995, the former City of Louisville EMS was merged into the Louisville Fire Department. By 2005, Louisville Fire's EMS Bureau had been removed and consolidated with the former Jefferson County EMS to create Louisville Metro EMS.
