Tanker Company 1 was organized in 2019. Staffed with a driver and officer each shift, it has a response district on first alarms in most of the rural areas of Lexington as well as other target hazards with potential water supply needs. It shares quarters with Engine 24 in a brand new station located at 2754 Magnolia Springs Dr.
