Ladder Co. 6

Ladder Company 6 was organized in 1984 at Fire Station 16 as Aerial 6 to serve the rapidly growing southeast suburbs of Lexington. The company was redesignated in 2004 to Ladder 6. After the opening of Fire Station 22 in 2006, Ladder 6 was moved to Fire Station 21 to better serve the Hamburg areas of East Lexington. Ladder 6 also provides auto-extrication rescue services.
