Engine Co. 7

Engine Company 7 was organized in 1954 at Fire Station 5 to serve the expanding area of Lexington along Tates Creek Road. Their current station was constructed by the fire department at 3315 Tates Creek Rd in the Lansdowne neighborhood in 1963. Fire Station 7 is built in a "Ranch house" design to blend into the neighborhood and over the years has housed a second Engine Company (E17), a Ladder Company (H&L2), a District Commander (Car 202) and today houses an ALS ambulance (EC4).
