Engine Co. 14

Engine Company 14 was organized in 1973 after the Lexington FD merged with the Fayette County FD to provide better coverage for the Versailles Road corridor while awaiting the completion of their new firehouse at 1530 Roanoke Road where they moved in 1974. Engine is a Paramedic Engine Company and shares quarters with an ALS ambulance (EC5) and cross staffs Brush Truck 1 if needed.
