Kentucky Division of Forestry
The Kentucky Division of Forestry's Wildland Management is responsible for fighting wildland fires on private lands and enforcing forest fire hazard seasons and other outdoor burning regulations. The agency has fire units based all over the state, operated by state fire wardens.
