Louisville Regional Airport Authority Bowman Field - Inactive
Operated by the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, historic Bowman Field is a small commercial airport in north-central Jefferson County. Historically, the military, Louisville Fire, and the Airport Authority have provided ARFF service at Bowman Field in various forms., although not currently required by FAA index. Most recently, the Airport Authority ARFF unit was housed and manned by Louisville Fire Quint 10 members as needed.
The Louisville Regional Airport Authority no longer has an ARFF unit at Bowman Field.
