Anchorage Middletown Stations 9-26
In 2018 Anchorage Fire & EMS and the Middletown Fire District merged.
In 2019 Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS absorbed Eastwood Fire & EMS, Harrods Creek Fire & EMS, and the Worthington Fire District, creating the third largest fire department in Kentucky, with nearly 300 paid personnel operating from 11 stations.
Station 9 is former Worthington Station 2.
Station 10 is former Harrods Creek Station 1.
Anchorage Middletown shares quarters with St. Matthews Station 2, known as Anchorage Middletown "Station 26."
In early 2023, Louisville Metro/Jefferson County suburban units will transition to a new two and three digit numbering system, following Louisville and Shively, sequentially. Photos will be updated as units are physically renumbered. Anchorage Middletown units will be renumbered 30-40.
